Out and About
Once again I have been privileged to follow my clients in their work. It’s something I like to do – I find you really begin to understand a business and their needs by doing this.
Recently, I have taken a tour of Crystal Palace FC to follow one client, been up to the top of the DoubleTree Hilton (Excel) to follow another and learnt some basic British Sign Language – demonstrated with my client on radio (as above).
I specialise in helping people attract more business through LinkedIn.
I reached out last week to the CEO of a major retailer on behalf of one of my small business clients – I manage their LinkedIn accounts for them. It looks very likely that my client will have secured ongoing work from them.
Another client looks set to win a European project – again as a direct result of my LinkedIn work.
Despite my many years in marketing, I still get a thrill when I see and hear results like these from my work.
The best things you can do to improve your LinkedIn marketing is:
Make sure your profile highlights how you can help others.
Demonstrate trust – make sure you ask for recommendations and to give them to others
Connect and start building relationships with your target market
