Neighbour Maureen passed on these wise words over the garden fence when I first moved into the area.
Words I have never forgotten. She said her Scottish granny had given her this advice: “Everyday, do one thing however small it is even if you don’t feel like doing anything”.
Wise words, especially if you’re finding it hard to motivate yourself at the moment.
